The 2009 APR was kicked off tonight in the lovely garden of the Watergate Amari hotel. The participants gathered to hear the official welcome from Mr. He Changchui (FAO), Mr. Ennoo Suesuwan (BAAC), Mr. Jonh Skerritt (ACIAR) and Mr. Thomas Elhaut (IFAD).The opening session was followed by a reception, where people came together to enjoy each other's company, and the fine food and drink, overlooking the Bangkok skyline.
